SESSIONS INCLUDE TRAINING FOR
SPRINT FORM & SPEED DRILLS +

We teach young athletes how to run the right way from day one. Through fun, age-appropriate drills we build proper arm drive, posture, and foot strike so every step is faster and more efficient than the last.

COORDINATION & BODY CONTROL +

At ages 8 to 10, the brain and body are wiring together fast. We take full advantage of that window by training multi-limb coordination, rhythm, and movement patterns that become the foundation for every sport skill they'll learn next.

CORE STRENGTH & STABILITY +

A strong core is the engine behind every athletic movement. We train it through engaging, kid-friendly exercises that build the stability and control young athletes need to move powerfully and stay injury-free as they grow.

AGILITY & QUICK FEET +

Fast feet win games. We use ladder work, cone patterns, and reactive drills to develop the quick, light footwork that gives young athletes the edge when changing direction, accelerating, and responding in the moment.

BODY AWARENESS & BALANCE +

Knowing where your body is in space is a skill, and we train it. From single-leg balance to landing mechanics and spatial control, we help athletes feel confident and in command of their body in any situation on the field or court.

CONFIDENCE & GROWTH MINDSET +

Physical development is only half the job. We build athletes who believe in themselves, embrace challenges, and understand that improvement takes effort and consistency. The mental habits formed here carry far beyond sports.
