Coach Ben comes to us from Oregon where worked at one of Oregon's premier performance training facilities. He gained valuable experience in programming for a wide spectrum of sports in all competitive levels, from grade school to professional athletes. Prior to this, Ben was a personal trainer helping clients reach their weight loss, muscle gain, and fitness goals.
As a young athlete he competed in football and ice hockey and in college he continued with cross country and track & field. Ben earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Oregon.
Ben's balanced approach to training focuses on helping his clients move better, feel better, and perform at their highest level whether it be in day-to-day life or on the athletic field.
