DESIGNED TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH HIGH SCHOOL OFF SEASON TRAINING PROGRAMS

Football SPEED will focus on making football players quicker, faster and more agile. This program is designed to give players more usable game speed. Your school works hard in the off season to make players stronger and our program is designed to work in conjunction with these programs.

This program results in a faster football player using:

+ Advanced plyometric drills           + Football specific speed drills
+ Football specific agility drills        + Complex power training drills
+ Hip mobility training                     + Core strength & power

Sessions at our Dublin and Grandview location Sundays from 12-1:30PM
