WHAT IT'S ABOUT:
Pushing your strength endurance, aerobic and anaerobic threshold through the roof, not to mention the insane amount of calories you will burn. Although intense, the training is modified by the coaches for all levels of ability.
HOW IT'S DONE:
We allow up to 16 people per team training session, in an environment that is fast paced, fun, well coached, competitive and ever changing. In fact, you will never do the same workout twice. Utilizing kettlebells, sandbags, prowlers, barbells, slam balls and many other instruments of torture. You will squat, push, pull, sprint and carry your way to the best shape of your life.
WHEN WE DO IT:
Monday: 6am, 9:15am, 6pm
Tuesday: 6 am, 9:15am, 4:45pm, 6pm
Wednesday: 6am, 9:15am, 6pm
Thursday: 6am, 9:15am, 4:45pm, 6pm
Friday: 6am, 9:15am, 5:15pm
Saturday: 7:45am, 9am, 10:10am
