WHAT IT'S ABOUT:

These training sessions not only teach you how to properly perform these lifts but provide you with a team of amazing training partners to help encourage and motivate as you learn and grow stronger.

HOW IT'S DONE:
 We combine the main lifts with individualized accessory exercises, great programming and world class coaching to create a program unlike any you have experienced. By allowing only 6 clients per team training session, we can give each client individual attention and instruction to ensure that the lifts are being safely and effectively for maximum strength gains and results.

LIFE STRENGTH SCHEDULE

FUNDAMENTAL STRENGTH (Monday)
Squatting is the most basic and fundamental of all movements. It’s one of the first things we learn to do as babies and yet we forget how to do it as adults. Learn how to properly squat again, become strong, and take your training to the next level.

COMBINE STRENGTH (Tuesday)
Every professional sport combine uses the bench press to assess a person’s level of upper body strength. Build your upper body to a respectable level in this bench press focused day of training.

FARM STRENGTH (Wednesday)
You may never work on a farm, but it doesn’t mean you can't be strong enough to. This strongman and olympic lifting day of training will have you strong enough to out-work any farmer.

ROYAL STRENGTH (Thursday)
Simply put, the deadlift is the KING of all movements. This deadlift focused day will build strength in your core, glutes, low back and just about everything else. Come to this training session and find out why the deadlift is the most respected lift of all. 

COMPLETE STRENGTH (Friday)
Being able to press and hold a bar overhead takes every muscle in your body from your toes to your finger-tips. On this overhead press focused day you will learn how to stabilize your trunk while pressing overhead, gain T-spine mobility, and build complete strength.
