SESSIONS INCLUDE TRAINING FOR
SPRINT MECHANICS & BREAKAWAY SPEED +

Speed is a skill, and we train it with intention. We break down sprint mechanics from head to toe posture, arm drive, stride length, and top-end velocity, so athletes can pull away from the field and sustain their speed when it matters most.

ACCELERATION & FIRST STEP QUICKNESS +

The first three steps win the play. We train the explosive drive phase that gets athletes off the line faster, out of their stance quicker, and to the ball before anyone else. First step quickness is one of the most trainable and impactful skills in sport.

FOOTWORK & CHANGE OF DIRECTION +

Sharp cuts and clean footwork separate good athletes from great ones. We drill precise foot patterns, deceleration mechanics, and direction changes that let athletes stop on a dime, redirect with control, and accelerate out of every cut with power.

EXPLOSIVENESS & JUMPING POWER +

Explosiveness is the difference between good and elite. Through plyometric training, jump progressions, and power development work, we build the fast-twitch muscle output that translates directly to higher jumps, harder cuts, and more dominant athletic performances.

MULTI-DIRECTIONAL AGILITY +

Sports don't move in straight lines and neither does our training. We develop reactive agility across all planes of motion, so athletes can mirror opponents, navigate traffic, and execute complex movement patterns under full game-speed pressure.
