As summer winds down, it’s easy to feel like things have slipped out of rhythm. Vacations, long weekends, backyard cocktails—it all adds up. And while we’re not about guilt or punishment around here, this is a great time to pause and ask yourself:

Where am I right now, and where do I want to be this fall?

At The Spot, we love a seasonal check-in. No matter what your goals are—getting stronger, moving more consistently, feeling better in your body—now’s a great time to re-evaluate your routine and make sure it’s still serving you.

Here's how to hit reset before the leaves start falling:

Reassess Your Goals

A lot can change in a few months. Maybe you crushed your summer strength goals. Maybe things got busy and you haven’t been in as often. Either way, don’t coast through the rest of the year—get clear on what you want next.

Ask yourself:

  • Am I still working toward the same goal I set earlier this year?

  • Is there something new I want to accomplish before the holidays?

  • What’s been getting in the way—and how can I adjust?

Rebuild Your Routine

Summer has a way of throwing schedules off. Now’s the time to get back to consistency—not perfection, just progress. That might look like:

  • Booking your sessions in advance

  • Getting to bed a little earlier

  • Making time to walk, stretch, or meal prep again

  • Committing to two days per week and building from there

Whatever it looks like, anchor it to you and your lifestyle.
