Our coaches design you a custom program and guid you and no more than 4 clients through a 60m program. Choosing PPT allows for a better value for your training dollar and allows clients to have more fun & encourage each other to reach their goals quicker. All clients are coached, in every session, by our world-class coaches.

If you want a low coach-to-client ratio for plenty of individualized attention, without the cost of personal training, then small group training may be for you.

Our semi-private training program is designed specifically to help you reach the most common goals clients have for Sport or Life.
