Our personal training programs are designed from scratch for your specific goals and needs.

Individual Personal Training (IPT):
If you crave a 1-on-1 training experience, then this is your program. You get a custom program and complete scheduling flexibility.

IPT
is our most flexible Personal Training program available in 30 min training increments.

Partner Personal Training (PPT):
Our coaches design you a custom program and train you, with up to three PPT clients, at a designated time. Choosing PPT allows for a better value for your training dollar and allows clients to have more fun & encourage each other to reach their goals quicker. All clients are coached, in every session, by our world-class coaches.

Our small & large group fitness classes have carefully designed programs to achieve the common training goals for SPORT or LIFE.

Semi-Private Training (SPT) Program:
If you want a low coach-to-client ratio for plenty of individualized attention, without the cost of personal training, then small group training may be for you.

Our semi-private training program is designed specifically to help you reach the most common goals clients have for Sport or Life.

Squad Training Program:
Our Squad training program gives you world-class coaching to teach, encourage and push you to achieve your goals.

This is our most cost-effective training option as this program allows a higher coach-to-client ratio than SPT. Make no mistake, this program is still expertly crafted to ensure you hit your goals for Sport or Life.
