This program is designed to build more explosiveness and develop more injury-resistant athletes by focusing on various aspects of speed, agility, full body power, and core strength, all tailored to the demands of collegiate athletics. Through our world-class coaching, we emphasize creating functional strength for sport and developing proper running and jumping patterns – key elements for excelling in their chosen disciplines at the college level. We understand the intensity and specific physical requirements of college sports, and our program is structured to help athletes maintain and enhance their competitive edge during the off-season.

Speed & Strength Packages

10 Sessions*:
$345 total
or 2 Payments of $172.50

20 Sessions*:
$625 total
or 3 payments of $208.33

30 Sessions*:
$825 total
or 3 Payments of $275

*Summer packages sessions are valid for up to 15 weeks after the date of 1st visit.

Training Sessions are 1 hour - Designed specifically for college athletes
SPSS is limited to no more than 9 athletes

Scheduling Flexibility: Sign up online. Sign in is allowed up to 4 hours prior to the start of a session.
You select the days/time you wish to attend. You can change the days you attend weekly.

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE A 1ST SESSION TRAINING TRYOUT

The Training Tryout is NOT about assessing athleticism or talent. It's to ensure a willingness to train and coachability.

What is the Tryout: It is the 1st Speed Squad session your athlete participates in after purchasing a package.
Purpose of the Tryout:
To ensure your athlete is engaged, able to follow directions, and at the proper training level.
Benefit #1 of the Tryout: If your athlete doesn’t want to participate, we don’t want to waste your time and money.
Benefit #2 of the Tryout: If an athlete is not ready to be coached in our program, we don’t want to diminish the experience and results for the other children in the group session.

If your athlete’s coach determines our program is not a good fit at this time, we will refund the package purchased minus the Training Tryout fee. ($35 for Semi-Private Speed & Strength)

Ultimately, the tryout session ensures your athlete enjoys the experience, achieves great results, and trains with other athletes eager to improve.
