WHAT WE IMPROVE:
MENTAL POWER by building confidence, work ethic and a sense of team work.
PHYSICAL POWER by teaching proper lifting techniques, movement patterns & proper nutritional strategies.
SPEED by developing sport specific power, core strength, injury resistance & conditioning.
HOW WE DO IT:
For SPORT SPEED PRO we limit each session to 6 athletes per coach. This smaller number allows us to work on each athletes individual weaknesses & teach them how to properly do complicated, full body power movements and more complicated speed & agility drills than SPORT SPEED. We break each group up by age and ability level. Each day has a different focus comprising off either linear or lateral speed and upper or lower body power. Our program isn't just about just lifting weights, it's about building usable power and speed for your sport.

YOUTH (8-10) | MON - FRI: 4:00
JUNIOR (11-13) | MON - THUR: 4:30, 5:40
FRI: 4:30, SUN: 11
SENIOR (14-18) | MON - FRI: 4:00
MON - WED: 6:45, SUN: 10
