All SPORT package sessions are valid for up to 15 weeks after the date of 1st visit.

Training Sessions are 1 hour - Designed specifically for 11 - 13 year olds
SPSS is limited to no more than 9 athletes - Speed Squad is limited to no more than 16 athletes.

Scheduling Flexibility: Sign up online. Sign in is allowed up to 4 hours prior to the start of a session.
You select the days/time you wish to attend. You can change the days you attend weekly.

FIRST SESSION = TRAINING TRYOUT

Every Speed Squad package includes a built-in tryout session—no extra cost, no pressure.

What it is:
The tryout is simply your child’s first Speed Squad session after you purchase a package. It’s a chance to get started and see how they do in our structured, coached environment.

What it’s not:
It’s not an evaluation of athleticism or talent. We’re not here to cut kids or make them “pass a test.” We’re here to help them learn and grow.

Why We Do a Tryout:

To make sure your child is ready to train
If they’re not engaged or able to follow directions, they may not get the full benefit of the program.

To protect everyone’s experience
Our group sessions work best when all athletes are ready to learn and grow together. A misfit can affect the whole dynamic.

Low-Risk Guarantee:

If your child’s coach determines the program isn’t a great fit right now, we’ll refund your package—minus the $25 fee for the first session.
