Steve Williamson

PERFORMANCE COACH

Steve has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2014. Steve successfully competed at the high school and collegiate levels in the sport of rowing, and now continues to pursue powerlifting and distance running goals.

He works very well with people seeking to improve their general health, quality of life, and physical fitness, through effective training. He also has an understanding of the mindset and motivation of the competitive athlete, and adds that element when training clients, groups, and teams.

Steve’s desire to better help his clients achieve their goals led him to continually seek deeper knowledge of the best practices from across the fitness industry.

To that end, he has completed additional certifications including Pn2 - Certified Nutrition Coach, SFG-II - Certified Kettlebell Instructor, CCC - Complete Coach Certification, and CHP - Hybrid Athlete Training Certified. With this knowledge and practical experience, Steve helps others on their journey to improve their healthy lifestyles, fitness, and sports performance. He works with people of all levels with safe, effective, and fun training.

When he’s not in the gym Steve likes to go hiking and camping with his wife, snuggle with his six cats, and consume very large quantities of coffee.
